I visited this location about a month ago to test drive a 4Runner TRD Pro that they had available. Both Brian and Dallas were courteous and helpful. I did not feel rushed or pressured at all and I was able to take a thorough test drive with Dallas. The TRD pro is the most capable off road trim and their price was more than fair, but I don’t take my vehicles off road, so it wasn’t the ideal trim for me. But it just looked so darn cool! I did end up purchasing a different vehicle from another location, but I would absolutely recommend anyone visit this dealership if they have a vehicle offered that meets your needs.

We had a great buying experience with Michael Danning as he was pleasant, patient, and helped the buying process be efficient as possible. After we had our final look at the 2022 Jeep Compass Latitude, we finalized the purchase in 1.5hrs.

Got an oil change yesterday…customer service was awful. The lady working the desk barely spoke and was not kind at all. Today an alert came on the screen of my car saying the oil needed to be replaced immediately. I checked the dip stick and there was ZERO OIL in the car. Overall had an awful experience, especially for a dealership to have this poor of performance is crazy!

I don’t understand why anyone would choose this dealership for service. Their department is the sloppiest new-car service operation I’ve seen, very unfortunate and surprising for a town like Oconomowoc.

Had a great experience with the folks at Ewald. The car I picked out was ready and waiting for the test drive and all the paperwork was handled smoothly and efficiently. Kudos to Michael Danning and the rest of the team at Ewald!
