I can’t say enough good things about the staff/team. They are extremely personable, reliable, and honest, which is hard to find these days. Their pricing is always fair, and they take the time to explain what’s needed without any pressure or upselling. They’re also very flexible with scheduling and consistently maintain clear communication throughout the entire process. I always feel confident and taken care of when I bring my vehicle here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for trustworthy and quality auto service.

From start to finish, Jeena and Jeremy have been hands down the friendliest people I’ve ever dealt with at an auto repair shop. I thankfully had an easy repair and the price was just right. How refreshing to not feel price gouged or taken advantage of! Fingers crossed I don’t need to come back, but if I do, I’ll be happy to give them my business.

I cant speak highly enough of my experience. I needed a new Oil filter manifold and was quoted an outrageous price from the dealership and another auto body shop near me. I reached out to Jeena and she was so accommodating and helpful. I was able to drop my car off the night before and it was done quickly for the next day. Ill drive the 40 mins any day to come back. I took the Volvo in for an oil change and Jeremy caught a leak in the housing. He actually came outside as I was just about to leave to show me the faulty part. He's a great guy and a great mechanic. Also thanks for the compliment on the car! That was super cool and good to hear, I spent over 40 hours detailing the interior and the headlights. It was an absolute mess when I bought it. He also replaced the master cylinder a couple months ago and the brakes feel perfect. ExperTech does not rip people off. In fact, I found they do the opposite. I highly recommend this shop!

I've been using Ex-Per Tech for 30ish years? Has it been that long? Let's be honest, car repairs are expensive and annoying but Jeremy and his crew are honest, talented and easy to work with. I can trust them to diagnose and fix whatever is wrong and do it at a fair price. Best story, the job they didn't do. They let me know my transmission rattle may be under warranty and sent me to a dealer to get it fixed. He was right and I got a new transmission for free! That saved me about $6000. I'd like to think every independent shop would do this, but I'm not sure they would.
