Went in because I need a new mechanic as mine retired. This place was highly recommended and clearly has great reviews. Im in need of tires, oil change, brakes, plus a part for my door. After almost 3 weeks of waiting for a quote, I get this. You could’ve just said you weren’t accepting new clients instead of wasting my time. So…confusing and disappointing.

I selected this shop due to the amazing reviews, and the review community is spot on, per usual. The shop is extremely busy, but Tom was able to help me (stranded from NC), and did not hesitate to diagnose my problem - even calling me exactly when he said he would! If they ever want to transplant to Charlotte NC, they would have all of my business there, too. Do not look further - this place is a gem.

I don’t normally write reviews but this place has earned my stamp of approval. Great service, quality work, hassle free and friendly customer service. You can’t ask for much more. This was my first time using Tyrol Automotive but won’t be my last. Tom is as good as it gets. Thank you
