Will was extremely help full not only during the sale but continues to this day to respond on any minor issues that need resolved. I had him upgrade the head lights and tail lights to modern standards. All done at a very reasonable cost and timely installation. Any calls or texts are answered as timely now as when i was in the process of purchasing the Coach.

We have an older coach that we really love as it's rare floorplan is perfect for my husband who is in a wheelchair. We have had MULTPLE businesses rip us off for one repair or another over the years, and when we found we had a massive leak on the roof of the giant slide, yet another hack said it was fixed, only to find out it was just a big Band-Aid and the walls inside flooded again. After some looking, I found Excalibur. He actually tried to talk us out of putting money in it since it's older and not worth much "on paper", but we LOVE this old coach and really wanted it to be our last. My husband is comfortable getting around in it as the giant slide doubles the floor space. This guy is a con artist! He marketed the Prevost as in great shape, road ready. I trusted him being a repair shop that he wouldn’t be so blatantly dishonest! I didn’t get it to the campground in the same town before things started breaking. Thank God I didn’t get back on the road to Pa because now I find out after $33,000 in repairs that the tie rods are also loose. This guy is nothing but a scammer. Don’t trust him!!!

This so-called “RV repair” business is one of the most unethical, incompetent, and fraudulent operations I’ve ever encountered. Blatant Lies & Deception From the very beginning, they have lied to me repeatedly. Every promise made, every estimate given, and every supposed “repair” was either completely fabricated or botched beyond belief. Shady Business Practices Cash-Only Demands – They insist on cash payments, likely to avoid accountability. Then, only after you have paid, you can pick up your bus, but no one is ever at the location if you have issues. Job well done! Definitely will return for other repairs if needed. Owner (Doug) and staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Doug has decades of experience working on RVs and was able to diagnose my electrical problem and repair it immediately. Straight forward quote, service, and invoicing. He got out his multi-meter and started diagnosing the entire system the old way. No short cuts. Old school knowledge. Without hesitation I would have Excalibur work on my coach anytime.
