Excel Auto Sales, Repair & Collision

My brother in law recommended this shop as he had great experience and told me they are honest mechanics. Being new to the state I wanted to go to a reputable mechanic. I had two cars that needed an oil change. He did it in less than an hour. His staff was great and fast. It's just a bit over 30 min away but with this type of great fast service this will be our new go to auto shop. I highly recommend them.

Will keep this as objective as possible as the story says it all. Bought a new 2025 vehicle manufactured in 10/24 with 5 miles and brought it here for an inspection since have used them before without issues. Owner a good guy but had one of his gruff techs handle it who’s been there for years and he outlined that the tires were bald on a new vehicle and got rid of me. Babied the vehicle in break in period so definitely no burnouts. Clearly he didn’t want to do the job and didn’t realize that they were sport, street, semi-racing tires with the cross-ribs well below the treads. Found another no-nonsense place that did inspec/emission for 65 so there ends my relationship with this place. Can’t make this stuff up.

Excel was recommended to me & after reading the reviews I decided to stop to see if I could make an appointment for inspection (I usually take it to the dealer & wait for 2-3 hrs, after making an appt. well ahead of time). Much to my surprise (& delight!) BeBe (owner) asked me for my keys & my car was ready in 25 minutes. I am still not over the shock!! After I complete an oil change plan that was prepaid at the dealer I will take my car to Excel for my future maintenance & repair!

Today was my second time using these guys, and they are just amazing. Bede is quick, efficient, and reasonably priced. Both times he’s had my car back to me in 24 hrs or less. If you need your car worked on, he’s your guy!

I have been bringing my car to Excel for the past 2 years, and I cannot stress enough how excellent the service is! The owner goes above and beyond in the way of customer service, and his work is always honest, efficient and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Excel!
