From the kind staff, to the updates they provide along the way, and most importantly the actual repair work, I couldn’t have asked for better service!! I made a huge mistake having my 2006 Jeep repaired at this place, Executive Auto Body in Cheltenham, PA, when I dropped it off on, 3/11/2024. I should have listened to State Farm when they highly encouraged me to take the vehicle to a State Farm PREFERRED shop; though, I knew of this shop from a friend. The Jeep had front driver's side bumper and beyond damage. The appt. was scheduled and the repairs were complete in a couple of days. When I picked up the Jeep, the paint looked good upon quick inspection. Once I got home and really inspected, I noticed the driver's side headlamp was loose and not secured, and the front grill was hanging on by the push pin retainer clips under the hood. Five stars across the board from when I first walked through the door. Reception as I entered was kind and welcoming , offered me coffee and got right to business. They walked me through the process. Looked at my car and gave me an estimate and how long it would take to fix it and set a date. After I dropped it off to be repaired, they staff stayed it contact with me and notifications chart I could view showing the progress up to repairs being completed. When I arrived to pick up my car, I couldn’t believe the amazing work that was done, my car looks like it was fresh off a show room floor. Fran and his staff are the BEST!! They are the most efficient, professional and friendliest of any business I have ever dealt with. Fran took care of all the details with the insurance company making it hassle free for me. I was so impressed how quickly my car got repaired and done the same day of my appointment.
