Excel Car Wash

I was not happy with the service I had paid for at this full service car wash. When I go to a professional place I expect them to do a better job then what I can do. That’s why I pay to have it done. My car was rushed through. They didn’t sweep the trunk, wipe off the dash or steering console. I had one of my seats shampooed which looks great but left my floorboard and rear door soaked. Not sure why there wasn’t a towel laid down. I like to give a business a try even if there are negative reviews, but I wish I would have gone somewhere else or just did it myself. I don’t like paying a professional to do the work if I’m not going to get professional service. I was very disappointed.

So pleased with them they did a much better job on my Jeep than the car wash down the street. I'm impressed I'll bring all of my vehicles to them everytime over the other car wash just down the street from them. Worth every penny.

Excel Car Wash used to be an incredible place to get your car deep cleaned. This is the second time I've had a less than desirable experience with the services received. I paid to have the inside deep cleaned and vacuumed, in addition to polishing and cleaning the outside of the car. When I returned to pick the car up 3 hours later, the car was given to me as "ready." It had not been vacuumed, or if it had, the vacuum left behind a ton of debris. We talked with the manager (she was AWESOME) and she assured us she would send it through the process again. We returned a few hours later and it was still not done. We have had a membership here since we move to the area in July 2019 and sometimes there are little details that might be missed but overall a great place and great people if you like to keep your vehicle as clean as possible. If I did the job myself I could always walk around my truck and constantly find small things that i missed doing. So as my wife tells me to stop being a perfectionist I would recommed them to anyone. I have been using Excel car wash many years. I like that I get my inside vacuumed and wiped down and wheels done too. Just the drive thru with the works does a good shine because of the hot wax. The price is good and most of the time it takes less than an hour. I don’t like the so-called hand wax job because it is only spray wiped off and does not look like a wax job.. I noticed today all their signs have been taken down . I hope they aren’t raising their prices a lot.
