Excess Horsepower

GREAT EXPERIENCE! Put in an order late in the evening. The following morning my order had been processed and shipped out. Probably the quickest response time I’ve personally ever received. Not so Good I ordered a complete bushing kit for my 2005 CTS V. It was to have the full compliment of bushings that might be necessary for the shifter including but not limited to the shift support bushings. After waiting a week the parts had not shipped so I contacted the vendor and was promptly sent the parcel. Upon opening I discovered that only the shifter slide bushings were sent and that they came from Creative Steel, a company which I have done business with as well. I called Creative and was informed that Excess had only ordered the slider bushings. Excess doesn't answer the phone and the transmission goes in at the beginning of the week. The problem is not the excellant part that I did receive from Creative, but the delay and the incorrect filling of the order.

I've been ordering parts from these guys for years. Very knowledgeable and always get me exactly what I need at great prices. Thomas cares about his customers and it shows.
