Executive Laserwash

Absolutely pathetic!! You close the wash down for a whole year to "remodel" it....now that its open again, there are useless lights and NO PRESSURE out of the self serve bays!! The auto wash spits out pointless blobs of uneven coverage of something?? i don't even know what it is or what it does!!!!! Before the shut down, the pumps were the best out of any car wash i have ever been to. These are sad day's for Indianola!!!! NO WHERE GOOD TO SELF SERVE WASH ANYMORE!!!! i have spent thousands of dollars with you over the entire time you have been in business in our town..... what a slap in the face!! no way to call the actual owners to voice concerns, the employees on site are useless!! I will not be coming back until this is resolved.....CHAMPION wash, here i come!! At least my windshie

Use to be my favorite wash. Now min $12 on automatic and undercarriagetire wash is short. I like to wash my own. When using self wash it takes a long time to get soap and when done soaking it takes a long time to get rinse water that is soap free.

App never works it gets to the scan and then doesn't turn green to scan it. What good is signing in on ap if you can't use it to use your credits. Impossible to contact customer service is a bot and no choices deal with your actual issues.

$14 for the auto wash and car still has soap and like the roof didn’t even get sprayed. Have to go wash again somewhere else now to get all the soap off

Executive Laserwash is the only carwash I use. It does a great job and it's the only wash I trust to clean my autos.
