Exeter Automotive

I had my truck at the dealership for 5 weeks! They claimed they couldn't find the part. I had it towed to Exeter Automotive and it was completed the same day at a third of the cost of the dealership.

Dave and Mario are obviously good at what they do. They were able to troubleshoot a tricky electrical problem on my truck. They got it back up and running in a few days when other shops in the area couldn’t look at it until the following week. I’m not an expert in electrical issues so it’s hard for me to gauge if they gave me a fair price, but based on the receipt it didn’t seem unreasonable. The only downside in my opinion was the communication. I had to call them for updates and would’ve appreciated getting a cost estimate of the repair beforehand in case it was too expensive. Then again, I have a working truck again so overall I’m happy.

I needed a tool to help me out of a situation. I called around to towing companies and nobody would bring a tool, even for 50-70 dollars. I was only a little down the road from this shop and Dave said I could borrow the tool I needed. There aren't a lot of good people willing to help others left in the world, but I found another few here at this shop. Thanks Dave.

Talked to Mike and although the nature of auto diagnosis is vague, he gave me a fair budget price and stuck to it. Fixed the issue no problem and communicated clearly what the fix was, at an affordable price. Will recommend to anyone looking for a mechanic.

Dave was amazing!! No unnecessary repairs or replacements. They fixed my car earlier than expected. He's my mechanic from now on.
