When a problem came up, he called me and explained the situation and gave me options. The best service and timely service and was able to get it done in a restricted time frame. Hi there my CATALYTIC CONVERTOR was stolen at my work parking on wensday January 7, 2026 and of course I was devasted, and I needed to urgently get it replaced! By word of mouth and a recommendation by another auto shop I was told Exhaust Masters was a fair and honest shop. I called and was greeted by manager Rob. He told me to come to the shop and in less then 30 min he gave a quote and carefully explained everything that would be needed to be done, and gave a MORE then A fair price, he gave a great price! I called around to other shops for quotes and his was the best. He kept me up to date when it would be done and he was 100% on point. I picked up my car and it sounds better then before ! Out of all the nearby shops, this was the only one that was able to get my emergency fix done in a reasonable time. Called for an appointment several places, everyone else had me waiting a week for an appointment for an emergency front end brake replacement. These guys know what they are doing, and they are very knowledgeable. If you are in a bind and see the review, this is where your car needs to get fixed.

I took my 2014 Cayenne S to Rob for an off-road build. He installed a 2” air suspension lift, upper control arms, lower control arms, rotors, pads, and, of course, a custom exhaust. He quoted me a great price and performed the work with an attention to detail that is hard to find these days. If you’re looking for someone to do an off-road or overland build give the shop a call and ask for the owner, Rob. I was blown away when I heard the custom exhaust…it turned out exactly as I was hoping. (See photos and video)

Customer service is excellent. They will take the time to answer all questions and draw diagrams to help explain the process. I could not ask for a better experience having my vehicle serviced.
