Exit 21 Quick Lube

Excellent fast service. I dropped in last week around 4:00 p.m. I was taken within minutes and was in and out within less than 40 minutes. They do not try to upsell you. They are very honest and have very reasonable prices. I had an oil change done. I asked them to check my wiper blades; they said they were good and did not try to upsell me. I also asked them to check my tires and they said they were in great shape for the winter...again did not try to upsell me as they also sell tires there. So overall very honest with quick service and a very reasonably priced oil change. I will be back.

The mechanics are great. Pete is very person friendly. As for the cashier the girl there was very good the new guy with the Yankee hat was very rude and nasty. But all in all the place is good

Wonderful people and excellent service. They have never suggested parts of work that were not needed.

"Quick" becomes kind of a joke when you arrive at 1:20 to get a good spot in line before they reopen from their lunch break at 1:30, and wind up pulling out again after 3 pm, after waiting in a broiling parking lot, with a porta-potty as the only available "customer bathroom." I wouldn't have stayed (and plenty of people bailed) if I hadn't desperately needed an oil change. When I paid (no one provided me with an estimate of cost in advance, and I got charged for a higher-end oil because they were "out" of the less-expensive kind), I was told they were down one worker that day. Okay, things happen. But wouldn't that have been a good thing to communicate when I first called to double-check on hours and availability? Or maybe let your clients know it's going to be a long wait when you come
