Mavis Discount Tire

Extremely disappointed in the service. Upon calling it seemed like an upbeat store happy for my business. But alas it was a call service, not the store, that I'd talked to. The tech at the shop, while I'm standing there in front of him, would not give me a time estimate, at all, for how long it would be before he could start work. Kept saying it was a ' high volume store' and seemed simply uninterested in helping me. End of story. I left and went elsewhere. I guess 'high volume' at Mavis is code for low interest in good service.

Thomas and the guys Dave and others were great! Last week they got me in for what I thought was a plug in my tire and come to find out it was a bent rim. They guys didn’t charge me or try to “up sell.” This week I was able to pick up my new rim and brought it in for the guys to replace for me. They got me right in and out quickly! They were even able to save my old tire sensor which saved me $119! Highly recommend!

Great place!great service! , they were able to replace hard to find brake pads for my Dodge Durango tow & go on a Sunday! had parts delivered installed + tires installed mounted & balanced all before closing time. Great manager Carl who facilitated , installed brake pads himself , with his team who are also very industrious techs as well! Very resourceful place! 6 out of 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had 4 new tires installed on the 16th of December and was given a great deal on price. I walked out happy with the new tires but noticed within a couple hours a strange vibration in the vehicle as I travelled at higher speeds. I contacted Mavis same day and spoke with the manager Anthony. He recommended I come back in first thing in the morning on the 17th for them to have a look. Anthony greeted me, got my vehicle right in and performed a rebalancing himself. I tested the car at higher speeds right after the second service and the issue was completely fixed. Anthony gave exceptional customer service and his complete attention to my matter. Thank you Anthony for all your help and instilling a genuine old fashioned kind of customer care!

I needed four new tires and Mavis really came in clutch! Carl gave me the best quote and was so kind and generous. I am very pleased with my service and will be returning when in need of my next service! Huge thanks to Carl and Mavis Tire Team!!!
