⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I wanted a Audi R8 and they delivered even to a new location @ Tempe and 202. It was on time and everything went smoothly.. anyone wants to rent from Enterprise exotics needs too calls a day ahead and give them all the insurance information so everything will be done before they pick it up and they don't need to wait around. 👍

Absolutely Exceptional. Don't bother travelling to a secondary location and waiting in the long lines at PHX when you can be treated like royalty at this Scottsdale location all while being only 10 minutes away from the airport. Customer service was fantastic, every part of it, from arrival to return. Price was half the cost of the rentals at the airport. We called to check what was available because we needed a SUV or something that my 6'4" husband could fit into and was told that they had plenty to choose from this was a hour before they closed so my husband rushed there even though we only live 10 min. away and they only had one vehicle a Ford Edge and when he opened the door it smelled really bad. My husband told the lady he didn't want it, and she said, "It still smells?" So she was aware of the issue but still tried to rent us the vehicle. They then told him that they could bomb it, not sure what that is but then they proceeded to tell him that was the only thing available or he could take a compact car that he would not fit into.
