RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! WOW!! 🤯 Let me start from the beginning. About three months ago, my husband and I purchased rims and new tires for our 2023 Cadillac Escalade directly from the owner, Mike. At the time, the customer service was top-notch. We also ordered floating center caps, which had to be picked up later. No problem there – we paid the full $500 for the centr caps and around $5,500 for the rims and tires without attempting to lowball because we both run small businesses and understand nothing comes free. The service was so good, just three weeks later we bought a set for our Dodge Charger as well another around about $2,500. Fast forward to today. We took the Cadillac in because one tire had a leak, only to find it had a bubble. My husband explained the situation to the technic

Mike and his team got me right even when there was discrepancies in my orders and other things that had to be done they was on top of it. Mike and Day Day shows love to all their customers. There shop works day in and out to get you your stuff. They put my 6” lift on fast. They got my 20” hardcore wheels and 37” radars on same day. They replaced ball joint and inspected all my undercarriage also through in an alignment. If you take care of them they will for sure take care of you. Customer service 12/10.

Bought a set of mud tires for my truck. Mike , Dayton and the tire installer was very professional and took extra care of me. Their shop is clean and well organized and they have the best equipment. I highly recommend this place for any wheel and tire upgrades. The service is unmatched!

Let me start by saying i was out of state from Texas finished up my job in Pasc. Ms and had a broken band in my tire i called them told them my issue they said they can get me taken care of and quickly that day he ordered a tire 38/15.50/26 (not an easy tire to get fast) delivered next day i met them at the shop he got it swapped out quickly i was in such a hurry to get home to my family i left my locking lug key there he contacted me and notified me i left it asked for my address and sent it to me, very great customer service. And to go out the way and mail me my lug key that i left behind and paid for overnight shipping on their own speaks volumes on the type of person they are i hope they thrive well as its deserved
