The team clearly knows what they’re doing when it comes to performance work and took the time to make sure the setup was done correctly rather than rushing it out the door. There was a small delay due to a specialty cable that had to be ordered, but communication was transparent once the issue was identified, and they kept me informed on progress afterward. I appreciate that they didn’t cut corners just to hit a timeline. Once completed, the bike ran noticeably smoother and faster, and the tuning felt well thought out and dialed in.
