I hesitate to give away my secret, because finding a good mechanic and also trustworthy is kind of hard, and Joe is getting so busy that it’s sometimes hard to get an appointment. But I love these guys and they are also the only ones I know who are willing to deal with third-party auto insurance. (Which I also hesitate to admit because I think those third party insurance programs are largely a scam, and that requires admitting that I got scammed.)

I was having a surge problem with my 2013 Ram 1500. I took it to the team at Experienced to have it diagnosed. They were able to replicate the event once. However, after topping off my transmission fluid they were not able to get the event to recur. They tried numerous diagnostic methods to find or replicate the event without success. My truck has a lot of miles and at close to 300,000 I'm wanting to keep it running for as long as possible. I'm very satisfied with the team at Experienced and the attention to detail in trying to diagnose an event on an old pickup with aot of miles on it.

These guys always give it to you straight up. They are exceptionally good at difficult diagnoses and are efficient, personable and great to work with. I have been taking my cars here for years and have never once been disappointed.
