XPERT Detailing

I had a paint correction and interior detail done a couple days ago and I am impressed!! I had sooooo many scratches on my truck that Jason was able to remove. He worked his behind off for 6 hours to get the job done. And his work on the interior was just as amazing. My truck was cleaner and in better condition than when I first purchased it. So happy with his work! Thanks Jason!

The detailer was a little early to the appointment which was great and he was very kind. I got a basic interior detail and expected the basics to be done. When it was first completed my vehicle looked great! I got in the next day after it had all dried and have a film on my seats, dried cleaner all over the seat belts and down the side console. Definitely upset for the price and tip I paid! Will not use them again and I do not recommend. I could have done that myself.

Got ahold of Xpert to clean our Tacoma and the did a very poor job.. was in contact with Bryce and sent pics of the overspray on the windows and trash in the cup holders.. he told me they’d have someone come back out and it didn’t happen… this went on for about 2 weeks and then got ahold of Bryce and said they refund me 20% of the cost I paid and still nothing.. haven’t heard back and can’t seem to get ahold of anyone.. very unsatisfied and wouldn’t recommend to anyone looking for a “Professional” detail.. left a good tip as well and still have not heard anything back from Ezra, or Bryce…

My car was a mess before but after JDM it looks brand new! They were so incredibly professional and quick. I will absolutely be using their services again.

I was disappointed in the service provided by JDM . I reached out asking for hard water spots to be removed and they ensured me they could do that. A young man showed up and within minutes stated he had to go get something else to try. Upon his return I watched as he was unable to remove them. He then told me that he wouldn’t charge me and that he was sorry he couldn’t help. I told him I was happy to pay for the short time he spent. He rinsed off the car and left. I was sent an invoice for $92 a few days later. I kindly emailed them and told them of my concerns with the charge. He told me he would lower it and went to $70 instead. This was still too high in my opinion for a simple wash and failed attempt to do what was agreed upon. Utilize them as you wish but beware of inflated charges fo
