These guys are the best of the best. Honest, prompt and knowledgeable. From Dennis at the front desk keeping me updated on the diagnosis and Troy going above and beyond with a quick resolution and pointing out other concerns that not even the Chevy dealer noted (went in the an oil change and inspection only 2 weeks ago). He called me to even show me under the vehicle what exactly he was talking about. He paid great attention to detail. Everyone there is kind and communicative. I can’t thank them enough for getting my corvette back on the road same day. Finding a trusting mechanic shop is somewhat rare and these guys are definitely the ones to go to.

The labor rates are reasonable and they take the time to explain, and show you the issue. The blend door motor went out in my car and they got me right in and diagnosed the issue quickly. (I had no idea what the issue was, but when I explained what was going on, they knew what was wrong) It took a couple days for the part to come in, but that’s ok as I had other ways to get to work. The customer service is exceptional and would definitely recommend. I had also taken my old car to get my ignition fixed(had too many’s keys on my ring, oops) and I remembered back then the customer service being exceptional. I was worried it was going to cost an arm and a leg, but it was very reasonable. And this was including the diagnostic fee. One more thing that really stood out. This is an edited post. Interpret it how you will, but these are the facts. I'm new to the area and came to this shop based on reviews. I'm a young black male in college, so I don't have a ton of money. I brought my own parts into the shop, hoping to save a little money, and was quoted $361 and some change out the door including tax. When I picked up my vehicle the price changed to $425 and some change, due to additional work on my vehicle. I was never informed of a price change before arriving to get my vehicle and I never approved of any additional work. I gave 1 star because repairs were NOT made, time of completion was fabricated, and price change last second was completely unfair. These are the facts, nothing has been exaggerated or made up.

I've had work done on two vehicles so far and have had nothing but great experiences with this shop. The first time I had a radiator blow and they were able to get me in that day on short notice and get me out the door by the next day. The next time they got my mom's car road ready after it sat for a year. Fair prices, open communication both times. Dennis has always been able to answer my questions and was super helpful and professional. Kevin was great too.
