I have brought both my BRZ and Jeep Wrangler to them and they've been able to tackle every task I needed for my vehicles They're a highly knowledgeable team has been extremely considerate and patient with my questions and my high expectations. Be careful @ this mechanic shop !! Shawn ripped me off back in 2021 . I spent $4400 on replacing my transmission,rear main seal and air conditioning repair . In return a few days after picking up my car my air conditioning had stopped blowing cold air after his diagnosis of $848 to redo everything I needed to fix my problem . I brought it back to Shawn and he told me it was rear main evaporator and that’s it another $1400 to get my air conditioning after he diagnosed $848 would get me back to cold air … my mistake for trusting Shawn . 4 years later I finally got my card paid off and still don’t have cold air after 5 years of paying for this repair . My headlight also had an issue that I tried to have him fix and he quoted me over $500 and still couldn’t guarantee my light to work . I took

The name says it all! I'm very pleased with the service on my car. It was done quickly, for a very fair price and they communicated with me the entire time so I knew exactly what was going on and what to expect.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. My mother went in for a quote on her cooling fan, and when I called to verify information (since I’m paying), the front desk employee, Shawn, was evasive about his name and immediately rude. They charge $60 extra for the part yet refuse to pick it up, expecting my mother to drive an overheating car instead. When I questioned this, Shawn said he “didn’t want to deal with this anymore.” This level of incompetence and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Shawn Brown should not be dealing with customers at all.
