Expert Automotive

I’ve been taking my cars to Expert Automotive for a year now. They give top quality care and do a thorough and efficient job that reflects expertise from start to finish. Jim is fantastic and knowledgeable. You can count on him and the guys to get to the bottom of things. From the only mechanic who can resolve a pesky check engine light that won’t turn off to fixing an engine oil leak to getting to the bottom of heater problems and saving me from spending thousands of dollars only to not be fixed, these guys know what they’re doing. It’s worth every penny for the good job that they do.

I asked for an inspection on my 3rd gen CR-V that is nearing 200k miles. I was mostly concerned with a clunking issue while steering, which ended up being a bad tie rod. But they also found many other small things, some that may need immediate fixing and others that could become issues down the road. I was impressed with the thoroughness of the inspection, and my car is steering much better now after the tie rod replacement. The fact that they are an independent shop that only work with OEM parts is another huge indicator of quality work. If you care about your car and need something important done, this is a great shop to go to.

Outstanding service! I called about a week ago to set up an appointment for my brakes and headlight to be fixed and they set me up for what worked with my schedule. Jim was such a huge help and communicated perfectly with pricing and diagnosis. For the size of the job, the pricing was more than fair and I didn’t feel taken advantage of at all. I will definitely be returning for my auto needs!

Very professional customer service and very knowledgeable mechanics. I have taken my car a couple of times and the work is always completed at the time promised and at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.
