Michael N one of the friendly and best sales advisor did everything from test driving the car, negotiation, and I didn't feel pressure or experience haggling from him. Our tech person, Sharbel, knew the car inside and out. He explained every button in the car and had us try everything to be sure we understood how to operate the vehicle.
