I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received from Nancy at your office. I had an unfortunate experience that I feel needs to be addressed. I was trying to arrange an auto rental insurance, and my agent attempted to reach Nancy several times without success. The calls were not going through, so I reached out to Nancy directly for assistance. Unfortunately, she responded with a noticeably bad attitude, stating, "She has to call me, I’m busy," and then abruptly hung up on me. Feeling frustrated, I drove to the office in person.
