My mom took me here by accident thinking it was another dealership, but boy am I EXTREMELY relieved I ended up at Express Auto Sales!!! ☺️ As a first time buyer I was nervous going into this, but I was greeted by genuine and honest people! Marcos and Edgar were super patient and willing to work with me through the whole process! I left the lot with a picture perfect car with low miles at a fair price, if I could give a better rating I would! I will definitely be recommending everyone to this place 🤩
We bought a beautiful GMC Terrain in great condition from Express Auto in Kennewick We worked with Edgar who was very friendly and professional he communicated the whole process and honestly it was the fastest car buying experience I’ve ever had and I have bought quit a few cars at a dealerships in the past. So I would like to commend Edgar and his manager for a great experience and excellent customer service.
Going off of a recommendation I decided to check this place out, glad I did. The salesman was relaxed, no pressure, answered all of my questions. After shopping around for a bit I knew the deal that I needed to make and he made it work. Thanks for your knowledge and patience!
