I love the staff they are so warm and friendly.. they serve three course meals , that are delicious! Fun ideas of different activities , movies , ice cream and popcorn machine and access to transportation to different locations and outings… and house cleaning and a salon and gym.. great place to live, highly recommend

A friend invited me to go with her to Riverwalk Estates for an open house event. This is an absolutely beautiful, amazing place! The building is new and open concept style. The staff is professional and friendly. They offer a variety of floor plans for apartment living, a large gathering place for dining, library, work out room, game room, and an amazing theater!! The outside court yard is welcoming and offers raised beds for gardening enthusiasts AND a fire pit with barbecuing! Please don't hesitate to visit this retirement community if you are considering a move to luxurious living. You will be pleasantly surprised at the cost of rent. (Lower than others in the TriCities.)

Beautiful establishment for seniors and so professionally ran. The service here is plus plus and highly recommended for your loved ones. I've witnessed all the staff be so kind, loving and caring for the tenants here. Great place to live for the elderly and safe.

Beautiful grounds and friendly staff. Helpful in many ways. Way above average food. Numerous activities that I am sure you will find a favorite. Riverwalk bus service for appointments and field trips, even to the store. Numerous apartment floor plans. Come take a tour and join the family.

I have toured Riverwalk Estates as I look for retirement options for a family member. What a gorgeous facility. They certainly offer everything and more we had hoped for. Comparing this facility to others we have experience with, its is a five star. We hope our loved one can be lucky enough to experience Riverwalk Estates. Brittany was very thorough and pleasant.
