Thursday, 2 January 2025. Review is for Cottonwood location. These people are AMAZING! They are efficient, cordial, and make it very easy to get repairs done. I had heard about their services through a fellow employee who raved on about how they expedited a major repair and that it didn't cost as much as expected. Sunday, 29 Dec 2024, the check engine light came on. Monday, 30 Dec, being in a general panic, I phoned to make an appointment. The associate, Les, helped with the appointment, then offered to take a look at the car if I had the time to drive over. I was elated at the offer. Me and my car practically bi-located to reach his location. He did a quick check and reset the light. With a handshake and a heartfelt THANK YOU, I was on my way back home. So a few months ago my check engine light came on so of course I took it to a dealer to have a look at it. They did a diagnostic on my car and said that I needed 2 new Catalytic converters it's not what I really went in for I was having trouble with my battery the connections kept coming loose so anyway so then I had a more expensive problem to solve And yeah they were going to charge me almost $2000 for just one of the Catalytic converters. So I decided to look locally in Camp Verde and I found Mark's AutoShop or auto-repair which I'm not seeing that now I don't know what's happened to him, but my experience with him was fantastic. We made an appointment I came in he'd take a look at it and he said there's nothing wrong with my Catalytic converters and he said sometimes with the dealer

This is for the Camp Verde location. I would not trust them. They did not perform service I asked for and did not perform service I paid for. Full vehicle inspection and basically was told it only needs brakes. No mention of any fluid leaks which there's definitely a few ;) no mention of broken boot on driveshaft contaminated joint with mud and out of grease. Which is the service I requested and was told it wasn't needed. We were told the clunk I was concerned about was coming from the differential or transfercase. Guess what I greased the broken boot and the clunk has minimized. Told only thing to worry about was brakes and they're not even squealing and stopping just fine still. I used to trust and recommend this company but they've gone down hill. Thanks for absolutely nothing.

My wife and I highly recommend this auto repair shop. We’ve used them several times for alignments and general repairs. They are knowledgeable, and reasonably priced, but what we liked most was their honesty. They will let you know if repairs aren’t needed and go the extra mile to only do what’s necessary. JLYASDW

Express Automotive was a lifesaver as our vehicle suddenly lost power between Sedona and Prescott while driving home to California. When the tow truck arrived I called Express and Mark answered and cheerfully said that he could run diagnostics to find out the trouble. Fortunately it turned out to be only a glitch in the car’s computer and Mark was able to clear the faulty codes and sent us on our way. Being far from home it was a blessing to meet such a kind and professional auto technician. I highly recommend Express Automotive!
