This is an excellent small business that prides itself on outstanding customer service, a wealth of industry knowledge, quality workmanship, and the desire to be a keystone business in the community. We have used Hauser Glass to replace windshields on our vehicles for many years; Chuck and Boomer always deliver. If you need auto glass, do yourself a favor and schedule with them.

Bought my car to back the shop 1 year later for expert advice on a loose wire on my side defroster and was advised that it was not a side defroster and was actually my radio antenna. I do not have a radio installed so great!

Here's what I have to say...From the gal who answered the phone and made my appointment, to the guy who repaired my windshield, they were awesome. Very kind and professional people. Honest pricing. I was very happy with the service that was provided to me by Hauser Glass - until I found something questionable about the work that was done several weeks later. When I spoke to the owner about it, he started to get a bit hot-headed about it, contesting the terms I was using and acting as if it were not possible, and even went so far as to describe in detail why it was probably the last person who did my windshield's fault (which is ironically who referred me to Hauser Glass, and he was aware of it). If they were to have found this issue with my vehicle when they started working on it, they should have told me then, rather than have it become a "he said/she said" sort of situation after the fact. That isn't a good place to put oneself in the realm of customer service. He may have even bee
