Express Care of South Hill

These guys did a great job servicing my car today. They changed my oil and checked my filters. My filters needed replacing. They had everything I needed in stock and ready to go. They worked quickly and had me back on the road in no time. I would recommend to anyone. Great job, quick service and reasonably priced. I will visit again.

I have been going to them for a very long time. Great customer service. Always pleasant and understanding. They will let you know if they see something on your vehicle, you might need that they cannot fix at there business. And as a woman, give suggestions on where you need to go. To me that going beyond customer service. I give them 5 Stars for sure.

When I showed up they advised me their credit card machine was down. I advised them I had cash but wanted to know how much it would be. A curt and unfriendly guy who I assume was the manager barked that it would be $130-$150 for an oil change. I declined and drove over to Walmart. They used 8 quarts of total synthetic 5W40 oil. Total bill was around $80.00. The only thing Express Care is good at is taking your money with Express Care.

Disappointing Service Experience: Zero Acknowledgment - We visited today for an oil change and were met with an poor customer service experience from the moment we pulled up. We (and several other cars) waited outside the service bays, completely unsure where to go. Multiple staff members looked directly at us as they moved between bays and the office, yet not a single person acknowledged us or directed us to a line or waiting area. We were left sitting in the car, having to guess at the process, which is both confusing and frustrating. Even if all service bays are full, good customer service requires a staff member to immediately acknowledge a customer and provide clear directions on where to wait. Being ignored by staff who clearly saw us is unacceptable and disrespectful of the custome
