21 years of sunshine and weather had made the roof and hood on my beautiful 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins diesel in desperate need of repair. The rest of the truck was fine...just the hood and roof. Richie made my 2004 look like a 2025!!! I can't say enough about the kindness, ability, and quality of this business. I am so very pleased, and rest assured, if any body and paint is needed in the future....Southside Collision will be my FIRST (and hopefully only) stop. Thanks Richie!!!
Southside Collision did an excellent job on my Nissan. I couldn't be more pleased with their service, professionalism and friendliness throughout the whole process. I must say if his business was in Richmond or Raleigh hands-down he’d be the number 1 Collision Pl. that I would take my car to. Great customer service nice people to work with!
5 star experience! Outstanding service from the moment I dropped off the car. Richie did a fantastic job! He was kind enough to drop me home after I left the car at the workshop. Lisa provided me regular updates. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new! The final cost was almost half of what other body shops quoted. They also cleaned my car which was a bonus. I HIGHLY recommend Southside collision! Do NOT look elsewhere if you need any car repair in the area.
Very nice people and did a great paint job on my fender flares. Matched perfectly. Thanks for a great job.
