Our car broke down due to a transmission issue, and we had to call for a tow. While the wait time was a bit long, the service more than made up for it. The driver, Jordan, was incredibly friendly and professional. When I slid off the road near Goffstown during a snow storm, Express Lane Towing seemed to be one of the best rated towing companies near me. They were able to get both a tow truck and flatbed out to me in under 20 minutes, with status updates the whole duration. They also gave me an upfront quote of $250 for the tow. My car wasn't drivable so they also were able to diagnose it the following day at their Auto Haven location and gave me a quote of $360 to get it in a driving state, mainly fixing the power steering reservoir and jerry rigging the bumper so it wouldn't drag on the ground. My van broke down for work and they kindly came by and towed it to their shop. They were more than willing to fix it right up and do the proper maintenance that was necessary. The timing slipped on the engine for the van and they were willing to help me find a new engine with a lot lower miles and also do All the preventative maintenance in order to make sure that the van was running strong for a long time. They were also more than willing to help me out in the current situation that I was placed in. I will definitely be back to have them work on my van for other things mechanically and I definitely recommend them.
