I had an incredible experience with Hannah today at Express Oil Change! I originally came in thinking I needed an oil change, but Hannah and the manager were honest and let me know it wasn’t time for one just yet. I truly appreciate their integrity — that kind of honesty is rare these days. Hannah was so kind and went the extra mile by offering to wash my windshield. Because of her great service, I ended up buying new windshield wipers — and I’m glad I did! I’ll definitely be coming back to this location. Highly recommend!

Stopped by for a routine oil change and ended up having a tire that needed a patch. The team caught it quickly and took care of everything fast and efficiently. What really stood out was the level of customer service—everyone was professional, respectful, and clearly cared about making sure I left satisfied. The shop itself was clean, organized, and well managed, and the curbside appeal showed pride in the business. You can tell there’s strong leadership behind the scenes and a team that takes their work seriously. Great experience overall and definitely a place I’d recommend!

Great experience always with Tony, Jimmy and Donald! I came in with a tire light and they checked it for me! I had 2 nails and they were going to patch but 1 of my tires was bad so they gave a me a great deal on tires! They were quick and very accommodating! Drinks, tv and cool air in waiting room! Great place and very polite! 💯 recommend!

Been coming here for 6mo the for auto care. Came in for routine oil change, was helped by Trevor. He took time to explain to me the recommended services for today and which services are recommended in the future and the reasons for them. Overall great experience- it always is!
