Very friendly and professional. We dealt with Dylan Holley and his customer service was phenomenal. I love how you can pull up to the front and sit in your vehicle while they do all of the work and guide you from start to finish. They don’t push parts and services down your throat either. They give you a printout of recommendations, and you let them know if you would like anything extra done. Their prices are also very fair, so we highly recommend and definitely will be back.

I brought my vehicles in to Express Tire and Lube-Barboursville to get two state inspections done. I have been going here for all of my vehicles needs since they opened, I have steered lots of business their way as well. Well, this morning, I took my 2024 Chevrolet Trax in first and was seen right away. They finished up pretty quickly. I told them that I'd be right back with the other vehicle. I brought it to them, a 2019 Chevrolet Traverse. It's been there for all maintenance since I bought it. Well, they failed it on the State inspection but not to worry they could order me a brand new rear windshield wiper and it would be there Tuesday. I had the technician show me why it didn't pass. Super fast, super friendly! Dylan H was my service tech. He made sure that I understood everything that was happening and he was very efficient and kind! I did a basic oil change with new air filter. Would recommend this place for sure!
