Victory Toyota Barboursville Service Center

I was greeted promptly and graciously. I like the new video they send when they have evaluated the car. They recommended to change some filters on the video but no one called me to ask me about it and there was no way to reply to the video to tell them to go ahead and do it. I DID email "Cody Smith" on the bottom of the video text and told him to change the filters. Then no one called me to let me know my car was ready. So, I came to pick up my car and asked if they changed my filters but they hadn't. The person at the desk said he called me but I had no calls/missed calls/voicemails from Toyota. So I had to wait for them to take my car back in and change the filters. I recommend that someone call the customer directly and ask if they want something done so the customer doesnt have to wai

Scheduled an oil change for the following week, the day of, I had to change the time so I called and they couldn’t find my name on any date but said they would add me to the requested time. I go in and my name is no where to be found 😝 They wasn’t sure if they could get me in and if so, it would be at least a 2 hr wait. I stayed. It was just as they said … at least 2 hours. FYI … the people making the appointments are in a call center and not the actual dealership, even if you call the 304 number it will still be rerouted.thankfully the staff was kind and considerate.

The team at the service dept are always so friendly and prompt to get you checked in and out. Loved the text video of the work they did today on our car. Waiting area is super nice and refreshments are available, which would be super nice if I had little children to wait with. Best service we’ve ever gotten!

You’ve really got to pull teeth to get a decent deal. Very good mechanics/service department. Rough sales experience, especially if you’re not vigilant and can’t work numbers, you will get worked over.

I have been highly satisfied Victory Toyota. From sales to service has always been a pleasant experience. It is easy to set up an appointment for service. The waiting area is clean with free snacks and Wi-Fi. I have a Toyota dealership within a few miles of me but I choose to drive 20 miles to use this location.
