The oil change was fine as far as I could tell, but they didn’t put my underbody shield back on right, I questioned if something was wrong because they used a lot of force to put it on and they said it was fine, and it fell and started scraping on HWY 65 at 70 mph.
My technician, Mclovin did an excellent job. He was friendly, knowledgeable and able to keep my high spirited, sometimes impatient daughter entertained with his engaging personality. We will definitely be back. Good customer service is often lacking these days, nice to see that some companies still get it right!
I had a really good experience there today. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful... I would definitely go back I know absolutely nothing about cars or changing oil but won't just let anyone do it for me. If that's all u gotta do is pull up while they do it then pay them a very fair price and go then HELL YEAH! 😁 LOL IM GONNA DEFINITELY PULL UP AGAIN
I’ve been routinely coming to this express oil for a few years now and have always been met with excellent customer service. I appreciate the hard work and care the staff has to ensuring a positive experience. Bailey was excellent and had a great attitude! He ensured that everything was taken care of and was very kind.
John, the “service manager” needs anger management classes or less responsibility. I called and asked if they had a specific tire as I have a new car and picked up a screw in the sidewall of one of my tires. He said no but they could go pick it up from their warehouse and be back with it in 25 minutes. I told him I lived ten minutes away and would be there in 15-20 minutes. I got there and told them that I’d like an oil change too. John told me they were on the way back with my tire. I sat in the waiting area for 2 hours. John called me to the desk I thought to pay, then without sharing any information, he asked if I had a few more minutes…. Sure, why not. He led me to believe they hadn’t done the oil change yet.
