Gray's Tire & Service Center

These guys really saved me, today, and I couldn't be more grateful! I had an issue at the Wal-Mart auto center where they sent the wrong tires, and their customer service was doing everything under the sun besides fixing the issue. I just happened to see the Gray's Tire billboard on my way to that appointment and decided to call them. Left Wal-Mart and came to this place that had the BEST customer service imaginable. Everyone was incredibly nice. I squeaked in pretty soon before closing and offered to come back tomorrow. They said no, they'd take care of me, and they did! The full service inspection on my car, complete with photos of everything, was very helpful. My car is quite high mileage, and I know it's got a lot of wear that I can't see. They even gave it a car wash. Praise be. Someo

Literally the best customer service I’ve ever had at a mechanics shop. I was left waiting for multiple hours at express for a tire they had supposedly gone to pick up. After finding out they forgot to get the tire, I called grays as they were next door and I had a screw sticking out of my tire sidewall. They didn’t have the tire but did promise to go get it and be back in 20-25 minutes. They followed through and got the tire, got installed, provided a free four wheel alignment check, corrected a small amount of camber on one wheel for free, and were the best people to deal with. They will have my service from now on.
