I’ve been to two Dothan locations and couldn’t ask for better service! The employees are so friendly, fast and efficient. This time, Branden replaced bulb in brake light. I will not go anywhere else to get oil changes and they have given me a price for a set of tires. That will be done soon. Thank you!

I had a great experience with Dom at Express Oil Change. He was professional, engaging, and took the time to check my vehicle thoroughly. When he realized it was too early for my next oil change, he was upfront and honest, advising me to come back at the right time instead of pushing unnecessary service. That kind of integrity is rare and much appreciated. I’ll definitely be returning when the time is right.

I had a great experience here getting my oil changed! Geoff was excellent—he took the time to explain that my last oil change was done incorrectly and even helped me look into a recall on my car. Super sweet and easy to talk to! Duncan was really nice too and gave me a few quotes for new tires since my tread is getting low. Both of them were friendly, professional, and made the whole visit super easy. Will definitely return!

Today an oil and filter change was due on the old Tacoma. Great job done by crew at Express Oil change Westside Dothan, Alabama. They guys were courteous and treated me with respect. Very satisfied with the care they took on my vehicle. Will definitely use them again!

Got my oil changed just now by Dave. He was great, everyone was super friendly, service was very fast. My only complaint is that they asked if I wanted synthetic blend or full synthetic, and I did choose synthetic blend since it was cheaper, but noticed on the service receipt I was charged for full synthetic. Not a big deal, it is what it is. Give Dave a steak dinner!
