Well today was my 2nd visit at the Dothan Ala jiffy lube on Apple Ave. All I say is from the manager to the staff these guys are great. They are very customer oriented and want make sure you are satisfied with your service. I will continue to use them for all my oil changes and whatever else I need. Thank you Guys Great Job!!!

Wow is all I can say! From Cindy, who greeted me at the window to all the other people that literally helped me while I was there it was five star! I didn’t get the name of the other little girl that was helping, and there were also two other guys; there was literally a team of people and they handled their business! They had me in and out so quickly and checked every single thing! I felt super happy, super safe for my vehicle to be on the road until my next visit and very well taken care of! They was great! Customer service was amazing! They explained everything to me step by step! When I had question they answered them. Instead of brushing it off! When something happened they took care of it. Which I truly appreciated. Mia and Joshua has earned my business! I am really big on customer service because I been in customer service for 15+ years!
