Let me start by saying the service was TOP TIER!!! I went in two separate occasions. First on Friday to get my truck serviced and then back on Saturday to get my husband’s truck serviced. Both days, Ian and Bailey were very nice and accommodating. As I waited in my vehicle on each day, they kept me informed. The best part of it all is that they had very pleasant demeanors and friendly conversations. It was my first time at this location but definitely going back!!! Thank you!!!

Absolute top-tier service from Spencer and the crew at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers! I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, and they had me in and out faster than I expected and for a seriously fair price. The whole team was friendly, professional, and on point. No games, no pressure, just straight-up great service. You can tell they run a tight operation and actually care about their customers. That kind of efficiency and honesty is hard to find these days. I had a great experience at Express Oil Change today. I made an appointment to have my front brake pads replaced as my car computer was showing that they were at 18%. However, once the technician, Spencer, looked at the brake pads, he said that they still looked good (my car is less than 2 years old). That being said, he gave me a quote to have the sensor replaced and he only charged me a minimal fee, when he could have replaced my brake pads with me none the wiser. I really appreciate his professionalism, courtesy and most of all, honesty! Highly recommend.

Worst service ever. They told me they didn't drain the oil, and then sent me out of the shop without any oil in the car because i didn't want to give them my address, phone number and email. I just wanted an oil change. I have videos. I didn't notice the oil was empty until the red oil check engine light came on a few seconds after pulling out of their shop and onto the highway! When I returned they lied to me and said they hadn't drained the oil,"old cars burn oil," but came back later and fill it up with oil by hand in the parking lot. It has zero oil in the car. Never visit this location! 1 hr later, Now I have to go somewhere else and get the oil changed because i don't trust that they put the right oil in the car. It was my first time going to Express Oil Change because I did not have time to make an appointment with the dealership. Bailey was the gentleman that assisted me and because of him, I will be coming back! He was very professional, extremely helpful, and provided great customer service. He thoroughly explained the process of the oil change and areas that required attention on my vehicle. In addition, there was no wait time and it was a short duration to have my service completed. I recommend calling to make an appointment with Bailey. However, if you’re not in the Loganville area, you can go to other locations near your areas. I greatly appreciate Express Oil Change for hiring great people that demonstrate they enjoy their job and helping people drive safe.
