Dusty is awesome. My oil change was fast, thorough, and done with real care. You can tell he grew up working on cars. He’s skilled, calm, and genuinely loves what he does. He’s got great people skills too. Explains things clearly, listens well, and makes you feel valued. Big thanks to Tom as well! The friendly face who’s been here for years. Always good energy, always trustworthy. Love that guy! I’ve been coming here forever and always leave happy. Dusty and Tom make this place special. Highly recommend

Stumbled upon these guys on my way to my hotel. Dusty was super friendly (i observed all of them, and they were all very approachable and friendly). Dusty was also very efficient: he took care of my oil change quickly, worked collaboratively with his teammates, made suggestions for my vehicle, but did not try to pull anything over on me. he acknowledged my air filter was fine. (i replaced it myself 2 weeks prior). Bonus points for being honest! If my Express Lube place near me in Charlotte NC was this efficient and friendly, I’d go there all the time. Great experience!

At Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers they always take good care of me and my vehicles! They are fast, knowledgeable and super nice all at a decent price! On my recent trip, they saw me struggling with a shopping cart and my groceries, and went out of their way to put it back for me! I wish I caught names to give a proper thank you, but I was a bit preoccupied ^.^' thanks guys, I really appreciate your help and will good sure be back. This is my favorite location for car care!

I won’t go anywhere else for an oil change! From the moment I pulled up, CJ provided top-notch, 10/10 customer service. He was incredibly helpful, had a really nice smile, and was so personable—talking with us the whole time and explaining every step of the process. Tom even went above and beyond by offering my son a bottle of water and me a coffee while we waited. It’s rare to find service this friendly and genuine. Highly recommend!
