Joey was very nice and helpful. Brake check was $21.00! Not charge for checking a leaking tire after finding out the stem was just loose. The eagerness to accommodate us was impressive.

Fantastic all around, exceeded all my hopes and expectations. I will definitely be back. Heaven was very friendly, providing quick and high quality service. Joel went above and beyond, offering to stay a few minutes late to air up my tires without even being asked to. (I was going to use my portable air pump cuz it was closing time & i didnt wanna bother anyone). Wish i could give this place 6 out of 5 stars!

Best customer service that I've received in a long time. Joel and Heaven are top notch, patient and professional. I pulled in close to closing time and they greeted me with a smile with no complaints and changed a head light in my jeep.

Came in for an oil change, I was instantly greeted by Joel! I've never been greeted in the parking lot before this was a nice breath of fresh air! The whole oil change process was seamless and done professionally by Jeff. He was clear and concise on everything I did and did not need and he did not try to pressure me or upsell me on everything. Then to put the bow on it all Heaven was super nice and talked with me and answered any questions I had about tires and brakes! I recommend this shop to everybody and will be telling my friends and family about this place!

I was visiting from out of town and had a great experience at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers today. My 2021 GMC Terrain’s battery was completely and unexpectedly dead, and the team jumped right on it. Before I knew it, I was back on the road. What really stood out was how friendly, positive and professional everyone was. They even greeted me in the parking lot to see how they could help. Heaven and her team treated me like more than just the next person in line, and that kind of customer service is rare. Thanks again for turning a rough morning into a smooth one.
