Generations Auto Glass

These folks are fantastic! Customer service and communication top notch! Got me in, got my sunroof replaced, and did a beautiful job! They smiled all the way through while speaking to me and sent me home in a just couple of hours. I drove away smiling too! Great job!

Customer service is so important these days and difficult to find. Not at Generation's Auto Glass. I was calling around looking for a glass company to replace my front windshield. I called Generation's and was immediately greeted with a friendly voice. I could feel my anxiety start to decrease. He asked me a few simple questions, got the info necessary, told me they could do it the following week (I was calling on a Friday) and what day and time would work best for me. They gave me a quote with calibration (1/2 of what I had been quoted by other places). Appointment set up, reminder sent to me day of appointment. I was greeted at the door with a smile and a handshake. The office staff was just as friendly and cared if I had a ride. Break room with snacks and very clean. Took abo

10/10 recommend! Super nice and friendly. Even though I called them in under an hour before they were about to close they were able to get me in and get my chip fixed so it wouldn’t run with this cold weather. Had me fixed up in under 30 minutes. I will definitely be back!

My second experience was as excellent as the first time. Great communication from getting a quote to making the appointment to the final product. All the feels of a well run family business. Highly recommend!

Generations Auto Glass repaired a chip in my windshield and they did an excellent job. We had checked with another auto glass place that said the chip was too big for them to repair. Then we tried Generations and they were able to do it, saving us from having to replace our windshield, which would have been a very big expense! Michael and his staff are so kind and professional. I'm very impressed with Generations!
