Tripp and Gene had my oil changed and tires rotated in record time. As a woman, I really appreciated that they took the time to explain things clearly so I felt educated and empowered, not pressured. Highly recommend this location!! if you are a Mom like myself and don’t want to drag kids out of car and wait then this is your new go to place. I got an Oil change and as I was waiting for my turn they aired all tires. They are very attentive and friendly. We sat in the car for maybe 5-10 minutes while getting oil changed and replaced air filter. I will definitely be a regular!

Stellar service!!! My car gets a manic/pedi treatment for sure. I was NOT expecting to have 4-5 people working on my car at a time! Even with my issues and general maintenance, they set me up and on my way in 20 minutes. Manager even ran across the street to get an filter, and was back in 5 minutes. This crew is AMAZING. Tripp, Mich'l, Justin, and Gene were courteous and professional. 10/10, will come again!

Visited for an oil change on Thursday morning 11/20/25 at this location for my RAM 1500. Chuck and Gene were very professional, friendly and fast. Not your average oil change place and the best Express Oil Change dealership I have used to date. Would definitely return when time for the next oil change occurs. Highly recommend this location in Panama City!
