Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers

I consistently receive outstanding service at this shop. During my most recent oil change, Dalton was exceptionally kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained everything and made sure I was comfortable with the service being performed. He truly went above and beyond, even remembering my vehicle from a prior visit. That level of professionalism and personal attention is rare and very much appreciated. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for honest, reliable service.

I brought my truck in late today/on a Friday afternoon (walk-in) for a broken horn. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to help me get it fixed, I went to another shop earlier in the day and could not get an appointment for a whole week out. Great people, they fixed my issue and completed the work quickly, also answered all of my questions. Upfront pricing as well. I will be back for other needs in the future, this also a very convenient location. Complimentary water and coffee in the waiting room, with TV. Thank you!

The team is always very respectful and efficient. Kierra inspected my car a few weeks ago and was very helpful in explaining to me what I failed and what need to be fixed. She offered the shops services to handle it but she was not too pushy. I went back today for my second attempt haha and Jakob took care of my inspection. He was helpful and polite. I come to this shop for all my car maintenance and I will continue to do so in the future.

I live on the next block, and there have been several times over the years when I've pulled into this business with an immediate need -- low air in tires on the way out of town, a sudden flat tire on the way to work, a jammed glove box, broken windshield wiper, and so on -- and I'm always met with such wonderful, pleasant people, ready to assist. It's like getting help from a kind and friendly next-door neighbor. They're great for all the planned things you need (new tires, routine oil changes, inspections, etc.), but the way they're happy and quick to help in a pinch makes me glad they're part of my neighborhood.

Huge shoutout to Kierra and Dalton at Express Oil Change! They were super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. I never felt rushed or pressured—just well taken care of. Excellent customer service all around!
