Express Rent-A-Car

I was in need of a rental car last minute as a rental business Dagsboro allowed me to create a reservation but did not have a vehicle to cover it. Don was able to provide an available, reliable rental car on the drop of a dime. Extending the rental period was extremely easy and he even gave a courtesy phone call reminder as to due date/time. Great experience overall, I highly recommend!

Don is a nice guy to work with . , he is always willing to work with me when I need a car for a couple days or a week . Only place I will be renting a car from in OC .

This guy is a crook. My van broke down over the weekend and I was stranded with 12 kids at the beach. He was the only one open. He repeatedly drilled me on the same intrusive questions that the other reviews stated. He repeatedly lectured me how he was doing me a favor by renting me the van. The plan was to have the van back in 2 days, but he was so concerned that he was losing business by renting me the van that I dove it back the next day. He started drilling me two steps in the door about business rules and how mdifficult I was making things for him.. I just got my credit card bill and he ended up charging me for 3 days. That's right, had it for one, got charged for 3. Thank you Don for taking advantage of someone in need!

This place is not worth your time. I had a whole conversation with this man told him I was coming from Rehoboth Beach and needed a car to go to Virginia and that I would be back Monday to return the car. He gave me a price and I told him I would be there in an hour. Called him 3 times and talked with him about this. I get down to the place and he says he only rents cars for people coming from the airport, but he knew I was coming from Rehoboth Beach as I said over the phone. All he said was that he had to verify I had full coverage insurance and I was good to go. But once I got there and he saw I was a black woman, his whole story changed and the excuses started. So I basically drove an hour for nothing and wasted my time. Definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone, save your money and time.

Great place to rent a car! Our truck broke down in Ocean City at the beginning of our vacation so needed a rental. Process to rent was very quick and easy. They came and picked us up within 1/2 hour. Driver was very courteous and social. After we signed for the rental they came out and went over the controls of the car with us ie. lights, wipers, gas tank, etc. car was very clean. Cost was a little more than Enterprise but Enterprise took all our information by phone (which took forever) told us they could pick us up in 2 hours, gave us another number for pick up and then when called they told us they had no cars available & didn’t know when they would. Also this is a local business. Love to use/promote small business use.
