I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and an estimate, they did the oil change but they didn't check the filters or other fluids. Every other place I've gone to for an oil change does that. And I had to ask multiple times and it required a lot of pressure to actually get the estimate that I brought it in for, and also for them to even tell me what it is they found that was wrong with it. As a woman who takes my vehicle in to the mechanic by myself often I am used to being dismissed, or receiving condescending comments, but this was probably my worst experience with that. I will have to find a different shop that is both thorough, and who assumes I actually want to know what they found that was wrong. They did eventually give me the estimate and explain what was wrong, which I apprecia

I had a very professional conversation with the owner, on the phone, he gave me details of what to expect when i brought my 2017 Equinox in for an alignment. My car was fixed the same day as promised,, the Car was excellent to drive after a perfect alignment. Taco Belle tire is not the place to go for an honest estimate. This place is the best I have ever seen, and they love to serve people. Thanks again, Express team you guys are good for your expert work and craftsmanship. I will tell everyone go to Express Tire, if they want the best quality service. Please don't go to the Taco Belle tire shop; they're not honest about what parts you need or the time it takes to fix your car. Warm Regards Michael Foster

They fixed my flat tire on arrival and scheduled me for a new set of (much needed) tires within days. The customer service was outstanding with all my questions answered as well as above and beyond flexibility for my schedule. Will definitely come back for any other needs!
