Express Towing

I had a terrible experience with this towing company. My vehicle was damaged while it was in their possession on their lot. Instead of taking accountability, they told my insurance company that the damage was caused by me hitting a snowbank which is completely false.If you look at the type and location of the damage, it is obvious that it could not have been caused by a snowbank. The damage occurred while my car was under their care.On top of that, the staff was extremely rude and dismissive when I tried to address the issue. Professionalism and honesty clearly are not priorities here. I would strongly recommend staying away from this company. If you value your vehicle and respectful service, consider taking your business elsewhere. Update: My car is considered a total loss. THANK YOU EXP

I had a great experience with Express Towing and would highly recommend them. My passenger and I broke down in Scituate. AAA quoted us a 1 hour and 30 minute wait, Express Towing arrived in under 30 minutes. They sent a flatbed to pick up our truck, and the ride back was smooth and comfortable. Shout out to their technician Jesse S. for being professional and great to ride with. Highly recommend!

How a company can be in business if they treat customers like trash. The driver was really rude for a moment i was thinking that it was going to be a fight between me and the driver so what i did it just step to the side and watch him destroy my car little by little let see how much is going to be your guys bill. How AAA can do business with people like that. And reading the reviews i don't even bother call and complain about it Update September 2 2025 about my car total lost on my 2008 acura tl the damage was alot more than what i was thinking i guess it was time for a new car and i guess thank you this is a lesson to treat people property with respect and care about customers services

I called AAA on 12/4/2025 becaus3 my car wouldnt start. They sent out someone to test the battery. The driver, Deondrae from Express Towing was great. Starting your day with a dead battery is no fun, but he immediately made me feel at ease with his smile and pleasant demeanor. He tested and replaced my battery quickly, so I could get to work. I hope he knows what a great job he is doing and that first impressions and how he handled himself turned my whole day around. Both compaines should be proud of his work and know he handled the whole encounter with professionalism and is a great representation of both AAA and Express Towing! Thank you, Deondrae!!

We hit something in road during the storm yesterday, car would not move in a busy street in Weymouth. Express came super fast via AAA and the guy was awesome! Despite the wind, on the driver side on a busy road, he managed to reconnect something under the car that allowed us to drive it home. He even ran to let our mother (who came to pick us up) know she can leave so we didn’t have to go out in the rain. She was tickled he called her mom and told her to get home safe. Was so kind and helpful!
