Extreme Recovery & Towing

Vince was quick to respond and provided excellent service! He arrived right away and helped my brother get his car home after an accident late at night. We truly appreciate his help and positive attitude, thanks again Vince!

My vehicle wasn’t working and I was forced to leave it at church parking lot. I had previously notified the church and was told I had 48 hrs to move it. They ended up calling the towing company within an hour of them telling me I had 48 hrs. (They always want donations and I had previously helped them do maintenance work for free on their property but they couldn’t even give me 1 more hr to move my vehicle!! Hypocrites!). Anyways long story short. I understand the towing company was just doing their job. The owner explained everything to me and was really kind. The secretary was really kind as well and tried to help me to make things easier for me. Remember they are just doing their job and the secretary is just an employee so try not to be mean with her. I understand people get frustrated

We were broken down on Xmas day and Extreme Recovery and Towing were the only ones who would come and help us. This is a family business with high quality equipment. Vince was great and literally saved our Christmas. 5 star service!

The driver, César, was super nice, professional, and got right to work fixing the issue. He made a stressful situation so much easier. The whole team worked fast and treated me with kindness.
