Extreme Twist Collision

Friendly, professional and they did a great job making my older (2012) car look factory-fresh. A different national chain in town said they would do the work, but then said it was too old. Extreme Twist happily took care of my car, no hassles. Plus they are a GEICO shop, so the whole process, including the rental car, was smooth. I definitely recommend Extreme Twist because they are local, and have a family vibe, and they did an excellent job.

THIS PLACE WILL SCAM YOU WITH NO SHAME. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU DON’T WANT TO LOSE ALL OF YOUR MONEY. My insurance company warned me (way too late) that they have records of Extreme Twist misleading people and using shady methods to threaten “storage fees” to force unjust overcharged payment, and when they can’t get you to pay their scam, they claim that they’ve charged enough in storage fees to legally force you to turn over your car to sell it for full value. Would give negative stars if I could. This business NEEDS to get shut down. Took my car here after getting rear ended, was extremely explicit throughout the entire process that I wanted NO repairs done and only an estimate, because I wanted to receive the money back. Extreme Twist is very professional and prompt. I had an accident with my truck and they fixed it up better than new. The staff was very professional and carrying. They made arrangements with Enterprise Rental Car to pick me up. I can highly recommend this company to anyone needing car repairs. Thank you to all.

Staff was super friendly and helpful! Updated my every part of the way and didn't leave any important details out either! The only thing that affected it a bit was the tariffs getting the parts in. But that had nothing to do with the shop itself. When I picked it up the truck looked as if nothing ever happened, actually it looked better than before. They also washed the truck for me, wiped everything down even on the inside, wiped down my wheels and tires! Excellent service! Would highly recommend! Thank you guys!
