Exxon Car Wash

DO NOT go here. Drive a little further down the road and go to literally any other service. Worst car wash experience I've had in my life. Card reader busted - only accepts cash. We pay with a $20, and only after processing does it say they are out of change and to go to an attendant. No attendant available to collect change, and we were in too much of a hurry to wait around. On top of that, the cheapest option was a $10 wash that barely did anything. The other $10 might as well have been stolen from me, but I was ripped off for the whole amount. Do not go here. Edit: we did come back and get our $10 eventually, and the attendant was annoyed that we even asked.

Poor customer service. Put money in the machine and didn’t notice the exact change info. I put a $10 in and it was $13 so I added a $5 and it would not except it. So I canceled the transaction and it would not give me my $10 back. Brought it up to the sales rep and he checked and said there was no balance therefore he wasn’t going to give me my $10 back. I insisted he return my $10 and he finally honored the $10 collected $3 from me gave me a code and I finally got my car washed. To much of a hassle.

Price was reasonable. I came out with a super clean car!
