EZ CLEAN CAR WASH OF STEPHENS CITY

This place is lwk trash, only gave me high pressure rinsing for the very last 25 seconds of five minutes total. soap brush didn’t work at all. not worth even glancing at this place, very badly maintained too. might as well go to the next door “Go wash” car wash down the street.

This is with regards to their touchless automated service. Their quality has gone down. For some reason the final rinse ended up applying more soap to my vehicle. As you can see in the pictures my whole vehicle was left covered in soap. This was my first time using the monthly subscription ($34.95) and decided i did not want to keep this subscription after this first use. I emailed support with images for a refund and they refused. They instead wanted me to run the vehicle again through the wash base. There were 5 vehicles waiting and i was not going to wait. Be wary of using these wash stations. Tried to use the car wash a few months back and it wasn't working at all. I called the number and it wasn't a working number. Went today to give them a second chance. They have lost my business. My car was still very dirty, it has dirt pinstripes on both sides. I first tried to text customer service based on their website. No response, so I then tried the contact us function also no response. I wish they could have responded and done the right thing by giving a refund and fixing their equipment.

I believe this is the most expensive car wash I have ever been into in my entire life. I can usually wash my truck for $15.00 at this car wash it cost me $38.00!!!! I'll never come back to this place

Would give 0 stars if I could. Was pretty good. Has gone way downhill. No soap when wash is selected. No soap comes out of brush. $1.00 per minute. Bays are dirty and nasty.
